A talent specialist with extensive experience creating high-performance cultures so individuals can thrive and businesses perform at their best. Previously Managing Partner then Chief People Officer, she now coaches leaders at companies including TikTok, AIG, TPXimpact, Edelman and M&C Saatchi. Jo is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Emotional Intelligence Practitioner and is an active member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
Shivaun
An ex-Planning Director and NLP Master Practitioner with rich experience advising board-level clients and developing communications programmes for brands including Microsoft, Specsavers, Lloyds Bank and John Lewis. Shivaun supports people to get more out of their work and their lives. She coaches leaders at SKY, Edelman, University of Greenwich, VCCP, TMW, The Telegraph and The Mayor’s Fund for London.
